Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using iDigital School (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

iDigital School is an online platform that delivers the course "Al Arabiyyatu Bayna Yaday Awladina" as a guided learning journey of video lessons, interactive activities, writing exercises, and live speaking sessions. Specific features and content may change over time.

3. User accounts

• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian register on your behalf.

4. Subscription & billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and offered in tiers (Basic, Pro, and Premium). You choose your tier at checkout and can change or cancel it at any time.
• Pricing is region-specific (GBP in the UK, PKR in Pakistan) and is displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your account.
• Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge, provided you have not substantially consumed the course content during that period.
• UK customers: prices include VAT where applicable, calculated and collected via Stripe Tax.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users, tutors, or staff.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content, videos, vocabulary lists, or any other paid material.
• Share your account credentials or allow another person to use the Service through your account.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or rate-limiting mechanisms.

6. Intellectual property

All course content — including videos, SCORM packages, audio, vocabulary lists, illustrations, and animated characters — remains the property of iDigital School and its content partners. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time from your profile page; closure does not by itself entitle you to a refund outside the refund window above.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. (Placeholder — to be confirmed by legal counsel based on the operating entity's registration.)

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and shown in-product before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
