1. Who we are

iDigital School is an online Arabic learning platform operated by Capital Complete Solutions ("iDigital", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, the learning platform, and any related services.

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account data — email address, full name, password hash, region (UK or Pakistan), timezone, and locale.
Learning data — your progress through chapters, quiz results, writing submissions, vocabulary review state, XP, streaks, and other gamification signals.
Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store customer and subscription identifiers but never your card number.
Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics.

3. Why we collect it

We use this data to provide the service: to authenticate you, track your learning progress, deliver content, process payments, send transactional email (verification, password reset, payment receipts, submission feedback), and to understand and improve how the platform is used.

Contract — we process account, learning, and billing data to perform our service contract with you.
Consent — we use analytics and product-usage tracking only after you accept analytics cookies.
Legal obligation — we retain billing records as required by tax law.

We use a small set of trusted third parties to operate the service. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU region).
Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and tax handling.
Calendly — speaking-session scheduling.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Sentry — error monitoring.
PostHog — product analytics (only with your consent).

6. Retention

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we erase your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax invoices).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your personal data. You can edit your profile from your profile page or contact us at the address below for any other request. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. With your consent we also use analytics cookies (Sentry, PostHog) to understand site usage. You can change your preference at any time by clearing the consent stored in your browser.
